It's Cooling off at Night.....

Well my Fibromyalgia has started to ache a little stronger since the temperature has dropped. Time for me to pull out all the recipes and projects that I wanted to do all spring and summer long lol During the summer I try to keep busy and accomplish bigger things that I am unable to do during cool and cold months of the year. My body is Fibromyalgia Cold Intolerable!! and this sucks let me tell yah, any little cool breeze the wrong way can set off a bad flare for days to weeks. Thank Yahweh, that I know how to crochet and sew (not really great) lol but I can get something to stay and I have a great imagination to design. I will try to post my projects but I fibro fog a lot lol......

Hmmmmm The Fatigue won't go away!

I haven't been out but twice in three weeks....that means no xmas presents for anyone

including myself. If Fatigue would just leave for awhile....I could get out of bed or at least

be work more than 5 hrs. I am so tired of sleeping and not having energy.....Thank God for

niece and mother, who is there every time I need something but I just hate to have them

help me a lot. Going from do it yourself to not doing anything is a huge thing for me even

through a lil help from some is always needed.....

Labor Day Grays..

Today was a very slow day and painful... I recently went to Dallas for a little vacation and spa day which was wonderful. Texas weather is a wonderful if you have fibromyalgia or any other pain related conditions. lol Well I am currently living in Oklahoma for the moment and Sept. has come around to cold breezes. Last night I started flaring in my shoulders and neck with a bad burning.
So today I started reading "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett even through I already seen the movie lol and I am going to attempt to make family blankets lol If anyone has read or is currently reading the book, let me know what you thought about it...

Guaifenesin/ Fibromyalgia
